At the outset of his career Frank Sbrocchi opened his own independently operated real estate brokerage in 1966 and it was named Frank Sbrocchi Real Estate Limited. His brokerage successfully and consistently controlled a strong market position. As a testament to the strength of the his brokerage in 1977 Frank Sbrocchi Real Estate Limited attracted the attention of North America's largest builder of the time (Nu West Group) and was contracted to act as their exclusive agent for Mississauga, Brampton, Metropolitan Toronto, Scarborough and surrounding areas.
During the 1980's Frank Sbrocchi served as a Director of the Mississauga Real Estate Board and was instrumental in re-drafting and updating the Board's
by-laws.
Frank Sbrocchi has witnessed and participated in the evolution of the real estate industry and recognized the synergism offered through membership in a franchise network and in 1994 decided to join a franchise organization at all times remaining independently owned and operated. Recently, his brokerage joined the Royal LePage franchise network and is proudly operating as
